We painted our kitchen white this week.
When we moved in it was a really harsh, acid yellow colour which we
couldn't wait to get rid of.
The white is pretty bleak though and needed brightening up. So I got out a couple of Ikea frames and re-purposed them using Emily's paper dolls and some Amy Butler polka fabric, et voila!



Wow, break-neck speed. Painting and pictures hung? Do you know how long it's taken us? Love those polka dots!

What a fab idea! It looks really effective and from what I've seen your new house looks gorgeous too :)

I really like the frames you used (and the way it turned out). Are the frames square? If so, what size?
